Zimmerman committee member defends Zimmerman their report

Chalmers, from Hospital for Sick Children, on Zimmerman Committee, defends process, Zimmerman and says Thomson Report that they reviewed is "thorough and complete review." He ignores ongoing preventable harm. He distances the hospital from the process, even though he and Zimmerman are on the committee as physicians who work at the hospital.
