UN Decade of Disabled Persons invites participation

The United Nations Decade of Disabled Persons said "the activities stipulated in the Programme equally cover the concerns of those persons whose"dlsablities are the direct consequences of environmental pollution." and "I thank you for your kind observations and concern about this particular category of disabled persons who suffer "mild discomfort to total disability" due to intermittent or chronic symptoms resulting from idiosyncratic sensitivities to natural and synthetic substances. 1 can assure you that the United Nations is firmly committed to uphold the rights of all disabled persons irrespective of the nature and category of the disability."
