Social Assistance recipient wins yet another appeal

Each time this recipient won an appeal, a hateful worker in her local MCSS office would tell her it would not be for long, and then a few months later it would become necessary to launch another appeal, which the appellant usually won. No disciplinary action was taken against hateful staff in MCSS.
