Ottawa Civic Hospital begins to address issues and attitudes

Some Ottawa hospitals promised to address issues arising from sensitivities in health care. Although some efforts were made by managers, and though they sometimes make a big deal about their "scent free" policies, today they show a flagrant disregard for the daily injuries or deaths of persons with undiagnosed sensitivities in their care.
