Ontario Ministry of Health Jay Kaufman refers concerns about abuse to the abusers

Kaufman was approached because psychiatrists in the provinces owned and operated psych hospitals were ploughing under psych patients whose problems were caused or exacerbated by sensitivities. His response was to solicit and later adopt the position of the abusers.
