Ontario Ministry of Health Jay Kaufman faithfully reports position of abusers as his own and that of the Ministry

Kaufman had been approached about well documented attitude problems amongst physicians, including psychiatrists, that were resulting in the abuse of patients. Instead of addressing the issue, he merely passes on the deceit of the abusers. When asked how many patients with CNS problems caused or exacerbated by sensitivities had been identified by the measures outlined in his letter, no one in any of the administered hospitals, or in the Mental Health Facilities Branch was able to produce even one example. Public servants and physicians were lying about what was done in hospitals in order to to invisibilize their abuse.
