Ontario Environment Minister James Bradley refers concern to Health Minister Caplan

Bradley spoke at the 1987 conference of persons with sensitivities that was organized by the Human Ecology Foundation. He never understood that sensitivities were not new, not new to medicine, or how the Ontario Ministry of Health was lying about the existence of a publicly insured method of diagnosis, eclipsing the history of sensitivities behind controversy about the approaches of Johnny come lately doctors of environmental medicine.
