OHRC confirms receipt of information about suicide

The OHRC was good under Frazee, who understood the basic reverse onus issue. However, the expertise of other Chief Commissioners seemed to be outside the area of disability. The rights of persons with sensitivities were not protected, but violated by the OHRC from this point forward.
