MP Ian Waddell presses HWC Minister Benoit Bouchard concerning CNS reactors

Waddell, like several federal NDPers, was supportive until Judy Wasylycia Leis took over the issue in the 1990?s, even while the Ontario NDP health minister was turning a blind eye on the contribution her officials were making to the exclusion, injury and unnecessary killing of persons with sensitivities in health care.
