Faulty ventilation systems lead to learning setbacks

Much work has existed for centuries on kids, education and sensitive or "delicate" children. Some educators seem to have forgotten the Fresh Air or Open Air School Movements, and seem oblivious to centuries of clinical and institutional literature and experience.
