CPA acknowledges obtaining reports

The reports the CPA acknowledges obtaining contain supportive references back to 1908, but those references and the knowledge they discuss are never acknowledged, as psychiatrists continue to plough under those patients whose central nervous system dysfunction is caused by sensitivities.
