Civic Hospital promises to become more environmentally sensitive

Hospitals, as institutions, have been more accepting of their responsibilities to persons with sensitivities than have medical staff. However, in most cases, a virulent response to clinical ecology motivated medical staff to paralyse their hospitals on accommodation issues.
