John Dwyer, Stuart Beaty, Denise Ommanney and Max Yalden were helpful. I?m not sure why they referred to a persons right to not be subjected to a reverse onus about their repeatable, controllable experience as a human dignity issue rather than a violation of law. I can only assume that people were so distracted by the legitimate but separate debate about clinical ecology that they were unable to apply basic law in the situation.
