Chaviva Hosek provides lethally misleading misrepresentation of Thomson report

The fact that Thomson?s panel of physicians identified a (legally obligating) publicly insured method of diagnosis raises questions about how this lethally misleading letter could have been written. For a time, the Ontario Ministry of Housing misled Ontario about the findings of the Thomson report. In 1993, Hosek was to become head of policy in Chretien?s PMO. Once there, she and a flock of Ontario Liberals were to undo the good work Health and Welfare had done under health ministers Beatty and Bouchard.
