Brown writes to other consumers suggesting they thank various helpful officials

You couldn?t get consumers to do anything except cry for an acceptance of the then lunatic ideas of doctors of environmental medicine, but maybe they would thank various parties for working to stop the abuse and killing of persons with sensitivities in health care.
