Brown writes Ontario DM of Health about underdiagnosis of CNS reactions

An MPP, a lawyer with the Ministry of Health and I had all asked the MoH officials in charge of the provinces owned and operated psych hospitals whether people were being screened to see if their psych problems were caused or exacerbated by environmental sensitivities. Two MoH officials gave answers that did not answer the question, so I asked the DM. How many cases of CNS reactions causing mental illness had the Ministry of Health identified in it?s ten hospitals in the past ten years. (The never-given answer was Zero.)
