Brown to ROH Chris Henderson asking for help in addressing abusive attitudes at the ROH

Patients whose psych problems are caused or exacerbated by sensitivities are given the run around at the Royal Ottawa Hospital, despite centuries of literature, and despite several interventions by consumers. This letter led to a consciousness raising session with senior ROH medical staff, but the hospital to this day harbours hateful misconceptions concerning these patients.
