Brown to Ombudsman Ontario concerning abuse by Ontario Ministry of Health

While persons with sensitivities were being excluded, injured and killed, the Ontario Ombudsman pretended that the Ministry of Health was acting appropriately, without ever doing a requested investigation. More than 30,000 people have been unnecessarily killed in health care since 1992. There have been more than 2,000 Ontario suicides of persons with central nervous system sequelae. Financial damages to consumers and the people around them run into the hundreds of millions. Children with related learning or behavioural disabilities are being abused in schools. All the while, Ministry of Health officials have forwarded positions that an appointed committee found "clearly untenable" and "antithetical to the task of promoting collaborative efforts that will help in understanding and treating the problem of a growing number of patients" in 1985.
