Brown to OMA Hilliard about attitudes

Why physicians do not understand that it is unethical to subject persons to a reverse onus about their experience of repeatable, controllable circumstances is beyond me. So many tens of thousands of unnecessary deaths, so much disability and misery in society, just because physicians do this to persons with sensitivities!
