Brown to MP Mauril Belanger outlining issues for Health Committee
$0.00
Belanger subsequently recommended that Brown be invited to testify. Issues to be raised included the abuse of children with learning and behavioural disabilities caused by sensitivities, and the healing of families that have been subjected to abuse by government officials, physicians and journalists. However, the federal health committee decided to help the government and the NDP hide work that had been done by the federal health department prior to 1993 to reduce preventable harm being caused to persons with sensitivities. NDP health critic Judy Wasylycia Leis supported the suppression of this information, presumably to protect NDP provincial governments who have caused the unnecessary killing of thousands of Canadians with sensitivities in health care.
