Brown to Health Canada Bruce Davis asking for help in calculating number of suicides of CNS reactors

Health and Welfare had established as a priority, prior to 1993, work to end the abuse of persons whose central nervous system dysfunction is caused or exacerbated by sensitivities. This work was abandoned after the 1993 election, with the result that the people who were to be protected continued to be abused. They continue to make up a percentage of Canadian suicides.
