Brown to Fisheries Minister John Crosbie about protecting people while science is developed

Crosbie had stated that "I am not blindly following the advice of any scientist ever any more." At the same time, many authorities were contributing to the abuse of persons with sensitivities on the basis of a presumed lack of science.
