Brown to District Health Council Dennise Albrecht concerning need for DHC to catch up on commitments made to the OHRC

DHC promised to include the needs of persons with sensitivities in health planning in a 1990 human rights settlement, but never did so. There was some interest in doing it in the mid 1990?s, but it never happened. A study of the needs of persons with sensitivities was abandoned when the DHC restructured.
