However, in 2010, the CMA continues to ignore the unnecessary killing of Canadians with sensitivities by Canadian physicians. Although many of these deaths are s.216 homicides, civil authorities are not investigating or prosecuting them as such, presumably because those same authorities have also contributed to ongoing preventable harm.
