Brown complains to CHRC management about complaints officer Roscoe

Brown complains to CHRC John Dwyer that a CHRC complaints officer, Mr. Roscoe" refused to accept complaint about poisoned atmosphere at CBC, accuses Brown of "trying to make several complaints."
