P. Benedetti, Hamilton Spectator bashes Health and Welfare Canada (HWC) with abusive attitudes when HWC begins to address abusive attitudes, 1992.
In 1990, Health and Welfare sponsored their first conference to address attitudes concerning persons with sensitivities. In the next two years, they and others at the federal level decided that CNS reactors were the most tragically affected. But when they set out to rescue persons with psychiatric sequelae, Paul Bendetti of the Hamilton Spectator rallied precisely the abusive attitudes that were to be addressed, bullying health officials without the slightest idea of what he was writing about.
