G. Gowanlock, HWC Gweneth Gowanlock ignores full half of cup, misrepresents various points, sabotages. 1991.
Former Conservative political assistant Gowanlock responds to Liberal human rights critic, saying that diagnosis is difficult because some tests don't work, ignoring the fact that there was a publicly insured method of diagnosis. She does say that the report of the conference organized by Health and Welfare's Chronic Disease Epidemiologist, John Davies, will be distributed to provinces, and to the Federal-Provincial Advisory Committee on Mental Health. Gowanlock had deflected the issue when working in Jake Epp's office, ploughed it under as Director of the Mental Health Division. More than 8,000 Canadians whose central nervous system problems are caused or exacerbated by undiagnosed sensitivities have suicided since, after being ploughed under by hostile attitudes in Canada's health care system. The conference report included a recommendation that patients with sensitivities not be dismissed as neurotic, but receive respect and support.
