MCSS advises regional offices it gives benefits to persons with sensitivities.; 1990.
Although MCSS Ministers claimed to provide equal services to persons disabled by sensitivities, regional offices were denying benefits, again because the Ontario Ministry of Health was lying about the existence of a publicly insured method of diagnosis, and others were focusing on debate about doctors of environmental medicine instead of on the actual history of persons with sensitivities.
