The Ottawa District Health Council was about to sign a settlement before the Ontario Human Rights Commission. The Toronto DHC was ignoring the abuse of persons with sensitivities in health care as well. Since then, there have been about 12,000 unnecessary deaths of persons with undiagnosed sensitivities in Toronto health care.
