When asked about accommodating persons disabled by sensitivities, CBC first said they would follow ASHRAE standards for general population, then said they would accommodate persons with mobility, hearing and sight impairments but no mention of persons disabled by sensitivities.

Despite advanced consumer input, despite advanced input from the CHRC and Parliamentarians, many people got sick when CBC built the broadcast centre in Toronto, simply because CBC was in denial about environmental sensitivities at the time.
