In an environment of abuse by authorities, nearly everyone, including people you thought you could trust, survive as best they can, as often as not by betraying others to their deaths. PSIO Ed Keyserlingk summarized a complaint as health officials "not doing enough to help" when in fact the complaint was that health officials were lying about the availability of a publicly-insured, legally-obligating method of diagnosing and thereby protecting patients from being injured or killed by acts of commission in government health facilities.
