Legendary Sudbury NDP MPP Elie Martel worked hard for years to stop preventable harm being caused to persons with environmental sensitivities. But when the NDP got into power in Ontario, they pretended they weren't aware of legally obligating information the federal government had already acted on, ironically thanks in part to pressure from the federal and Ontario NDP.

Thousands of Ontario residents have been unnecessarily injured or killed because of the mistakes or deceit of a series of Ontario NDP health ministers between 1990 and 1995.

Paul Dewar, MP, worked for one of those NDP health ministers, Evelyn Gigantes, while Gigantes staff lied about legally obligating information. Dewar and his federal NDP colleagues are now trying to invisibilize mistakes in several provincial NDP governments and by their federal caucus, contributing to more deaths in the process.
